  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation message once your order is placed.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days across India
  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders 
  • A small shipping fee may apply on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders/locations
  • We may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your order before shipping
  • Orders may be cancelled if not confirmed

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/WhatsApp/email
  • You can track your order in real-time

6. Delays & Issues

  • If your order is delayed beyond expected time, please contact us
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by:
    • Courier partners
    • Incorrect address provided by customer

7. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are correct
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address or contact details

8. Unsuccessful Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to:
    • Customer not available
    • Incorrect address
    • Refusal to accept order

 The order may not be re-shipped or may require additional charges.


9. Damaged Package

  • If you receive a damaged package:
    • Do not accept it OR
    • Record a video while opening
  • Contact us within 48 hours with proof
